Imaginary Hostel

I got a private room. This is a great hostle to stay at. It has a full kitchen (2 chinese girls were cooking a whole chicken in the oven).

Very good location! Very close walk to everything. I stayed in a shared dorm with 5 other girls. The only downside was the dorm room- was very small there’s was no much space as were all squeezed in. Other than that was a nice stay.

The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. These are the Imaginary Hostel's strongest points, and they were very well felt throughout my stay. Some things could be improved - the place was a bit difficult to find due to lack of signs or directions; there was no elevator and carrying luggage to the 2nd floor was not-so-great; the light kept turning off in the bathrooms; there were no lockers in the dorms and the dorms were monitored by CCTV (for better and for worse). But then again - I came to the Imaginary Hostel to have a cozy bed and a warm shower, and a home base from where to embark on my Tallinn adventures - and that I had.

Really cute but simple bedroom. Shared bathroom but still clean and nice.

Met a super cute girl living in the hostel for a long time. She showed me around and we had great time! Thanks to Hostel

I have been travelling solo for over a decade, and have never had an issue with a hostel or other place of accomodation until now. At Imaginary, I was evicted without warning for breaking a rule I had not been made aware of. Just making me aware of the rule and leaving it at that was not an option. As someone who generally is a quiet guest, keeping to myself, this came as quite a surprise, especially since I did not feel I had created a major disturbance. True to my nature, I quietly packed up and left. The building itself was lovely, and conveniently located, and I would have loved to leave a positive review. As it is though, I am never coming back even if I'm not blacklisted after this. Finding new accomodation was easy as another hostel I knew to be good was located nearby, though I'm still feeling unpleasant about my experience at Imaginary. Cannot recommend.

Booked 3 nights, on the third night, sb took away sheet & pillow, duvet cover, it was late nobody worked the reception ( by the way even my vast been took away) . Next morning when I chatted with receptionist he just said computer system was wrong, so things was messed up, That wasn’t acceptable reason, he also said they don’t take any responsibility for that, that was first time I experienced bad things happened, really letdown .

Very good location and price. I'd like to see lockers in the future because now you are not able to store your valuable things safely.

Amazing location in the heart of Old City! 200 m to main Town Hall Square! Good room, cool paintings on the walls! Tea and coffee for free :)
