Central Park Tower

PRO: Property is well located in central Santo Domingo. Supermarkets, shops and dinning options close by. CON: At times very loud and disruptive occupants; loud music and even screaming. Found bag of trash with risky waste inside a cabinet.

Not the greatest condition for a newly built tower. Overall clean and no smells yet a lot of hair on the floor which made us walk with socks all the time and shower with flipflops! The mop was too dirty, when we had to use it we realized we had to buy gloves and bleach and clean before mopping the floor. They made us sign a disclosure about no loud music but the top floor had loud music that could be heard through our closed door, and neighbours left their trash outside our apt. Not very civilized, right?

Pleasant stay at Cental Park Tower, I'll come back.

The check in and checkout was really simple easy to contact the owner, when arrive in the apartment was still cleaning. The only problem was the party in the common area was too loud and people walking on the halls making too much noise and slamming doors. But the location and facilities was really nice.

Poor Litghting in bathroom Sofa in living room too low and hugh for livingroom space Poor cleaning in shower stall. The curtains in the bedroom should be room darkening ...... too bright in the morning. On week-ends some unpdecirable checking in making noise , running down the hallways knockinlg on other tenants door. Parking lot too small. Other then that area location is great , shopping near by and staff very frendly and accommodating. Would I stay here at Central Park Towers.....YES. Oh i must not forget my wife loved the washer and dryer. ;)

I enjoyed the easiest of checking in and the space in the apartment was spacious. The location was perfect and parking on site facilitate our stay. I would rent again.

The room was exception beautifil and the staffing was very curteous, friendly and professional!

Clean, close to all restaurants, and nice, big rooms
