not in good condition.. If charged about $40/night would be OK. we paid $75
The location was great and it was very safe. The bathroom was open top concept so it felt very cold to have a shower. The shelves in the fridge were rusted. It was advertised that staff spoke Spanish and English, but nobody in the front desk spoke even one word in English. They just gave me the key without even written instructions in English. Breakfast was buffet and good, but the person who was serving looked very unpleasant. Although it was buffet she had to dish up the food. Jonathan, the door man, knew a few words in English and he was warm and friendly. I think this hotel is for people who speak Spanish and they should advertise it as such. This hotel has so much potential, but regretfully the management doesn't know what is going on in the front line or doesn't care.
The room was big and comfortable but the kitchen didnt worked propperly and the bathroom was not private enough
the hotel needs maintenance, bed sheets and towels were stained. only gave us two towels, no hand towels. the hotel needs improvement in the rooms. the breakfast was very good. rooms were too big and the air did get to the bedroom.

Room was large and spacious. No privacy using the toilet. Window covers need updating.
My husband and I arrived first, then I ask them if my 8 years old granddaughter could stay wirh us, cause when I booked the room said the accommodation it was for 3 people. They charged me 2 nights for grand children. Then I called them to ask if my younger 3 years old grandson could stay in the pool with for a couple hours and the receptionist said we had to pay for the little boy😥. They charged for everything and the hotel has 1 elevator broken. The housekeeper did a great job, the bellboy , the waiters at the restaurant who serve the breakfast, were very good, the bartender at the pool very kind. They saved the poor conditions of the hotels with their good service. Definitely I won't stay in that hotel anymore. I tried to cancelled my reservation but they didn't want to refund my money. Even of all those negatives things, our vacations were not ruined.
The first impression when arrive is that it is dated and average. But the service was outstanding. Xavier and all of staff were great. Xavier speaks fluent English and the other staff try wonderfully
