While I mostly enjoyed my stay, I'm undecided on whether I'd stay here again. The room is small, but well laid out, and a good size for my solo stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bath products smelled great. Everyone I spoke with, from the front desk to the maintenance and cleaning people I saw in the elevator were very friendly. My room wasn't exactly as pictured - there was no rug, and no pull-out drawer to store my suitcase under the bed. The large windows that are basically the full outward-facing wall would have had a lovely view and made the room feel bigger, but were so dirty on the outside you could barely see out of them in the daytime with the light bouncing off the dirt layer. The view was a bit better at night, and I realize this is a difficult maintenance issue for the hotel, but it made the room seem a bit grungy. I could not get the Chromecast TV to work at all even though I tried on three different devices (iPhone and Android). I just kept getting errors on the final step and finally gave up. And the Core beverage the website and promos mentioned I would get on check-in was never offered. Made it hard to justify the amenity fee when I couldn't take advantage of half of what it covered. But the worst was that the shower door didn't close completely, so every time I showered there was a huge puddle on the floor. I tried to contain it with towels, but then had soaking wet towels that never dried hanging all over the bathroom.
