Not clean enough . Good location.

Be aware that it is not a hotel and the address listed is not where you will be staying. The week before arrival was a hassle as the owners required us to jump through several hoops to get our reservation finalized. Then we received an email with instructions for where to pick up our keys and then where to go for our apartment. We had to know to respond to the email if we wanted parking and then agree to an additional charge. Then we had to go up to the apartment to get the parking FOB before we could park and then finally we could park and go up to the apartment. Getting there was a pain but the place was nice and well taken care of other than a broken toilet seat. We liked it. We were given the wrong password for the internet and could not access the pool. We had to call to get a code for access. They said the key should work but it did not. The internet password was given as all uppercase but it is not. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was at night.

The apartment was lovely. Nice furniture, well equipped. Pool and Laundry facilities. Location was great. Walkable to lots of attractions. Quiet street. Off street parking was a nice plus. Close to everything. A block from Hollywood Blvd, The chinese theater and the walk of fame. Lots of good food and coffee in the area. The staff was very accommodating and understanding..
