"One night stay and it was quitw good. The bed was comfy the shower was great. The whole place is very new hip and fresh. Only downside is the staff at reception and restaurant. Everything takes absolute ages! Maybe they're understaffed. Would definitely stay again. "

"Loved staying at the Copthorne Hotel. Looks dreadful from the outside but beautiful inside. Staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend upgrading to a Club Room, well worth the extra. Happy to return to this hotel."

"No Wi-Fi for the entire stay. Major building work - the ceiling in the room below mine was being taken down. My whole room was shaking. No warning was given."

"Great location, great value for a hotel with a pool and gym and steam room and sauna. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was great. Will stay here everytime I visit Plymouth."

"Lovely location but we both slept really badly as the walls are very thin and not soundproof in the least!! The person in the room next door was talking (maybe gaming) loudly all night, until some time after 5.30am, making it impossible to sleep. Otherwise hotel was friendly and a ve try pleasant experience."
