The Westin has an appearance of a really nice and top class hotel. In reality, I got the feeling that customer service is not a priority at the hotel. The room was clean and nice, but a little small for this type of hotel. But they charge extra for Wifi, something that really should be included. And the charge is per device - so to get online on both my PC, iPad and iPhone, I would have needed to pay 3 times for Wifi. It gives you the feeling that they view you as a product, not a guest. And on the day of checking out - housekeeping kept coming back banging on the door several times, even if I was not late on checking out. Never experienced that on any other hotel. Annoying.
