While the hotel itself is not bad and its location is a clear advantage, the service from the staff, especially at the front desk, was a major disappointment. They were rude and unfriendly, and at one point even said, "You shouldn't expect service from a two-star hotel. If you want service, go to a five-star hotel." Such a response is unacceptable. Regardless of a hotel's star rating, the level of service might differ, but friendliness and basic courtesy should always be a given.I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There are many other options nearby that offer a much more pleasant experience, whether they are also two-star hotels or even more affordable. If you want your trip to be enjoyable and filled with good vibes, look elsewhere.
