This is my fourth stay in Jw Marriot Marquis , and I’m planing to stay here next month for my coming trip as well. Unfortunately I had some bad experience as well. First I had to pay 3000USD for A deposit and after a while the personal called and said it was not enough and I paid plus 2500 USD again but even after that when I wanted to have lunch in the lobby they said my deposit was not enough. Second, the cleaners were making too much noise in the corridors in the mornings. Third, this big hotel still doesn’t provide SPA service. I hope they will consider my feedback and change all this in a very near future, because it doesn’t suit JW Marriot quality.
