The location of the property is perfect. Access to the beach is steps away. The staff is very friendly and they were able to accommodate my ask for an upper room due to being a solo female traveler. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly for a solo female travelers, and offers many choices of restaurants and shopping.
Kathy with the activities department went above and beyond in coming to my rescue when the chain on the bike I was renting fell off. A huge thank you to Kathy!
My one negative of this property was the construction that is going on. The jackhammering and beeping of the trucks made it impossible to enjoy the pool and facilities at the hotel. I had to go to the beach each day to escape the noise. I felt that the resort fee should have been reduced due to this inconvenience.
I would recommend this hotel for the future but beware at this time unless the noise of construction doesn’t bother you. Hopefully this project will be done soon. I’m sure it will be beautiful when it is.
Overall I would return to this hotel and my trip to Hilton Head was wonderful.
