The Fairmont Hotel has an upscale ambiance, but the pricing does not reflect the value of the services and amenities. We paid $1,000 per night, yet the hotel does not offer free parking—we had to pay an additional $105 for three nights. On top of that, Wi-Fi isn’t included, which is disappointing for a hotel in this price range. The mini-bar was underwhelming, stocked with only some butter and no beverages.
The spa services were also overpriced—I paid $339 for a one-hour massage, which can easily be found elsewhere for about one-third of the price. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant was extremely expensive, making it hard to justify dining on-site. While the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience doesn’t live up to the cost.
