When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the hotel did not find my booking. I had confirmation on the booking, but apparently the hotel had somehow not completed the booking internally. It was late at night and he hotel was full. After long waiting, a lot of frustration, not getting any assurance at all that they would take care of the issue, I had to argue for the hotel to take action. Eventually the hotel arranged for a booking into a different Achat hotel 30 min drive away.
The receptionist was very unproffesional. In such a situatiin, I would expect the hotel to take immediate action and assure us that they would find a solution.
