Very close to Quinta Avenida, quick one short block away. Clubs at night, noise only heard from living room, once you close bedroom door is just fine. No issues sleeping for us. AC was working perfect and very cold, nice when coming back from heat and cooled off fast. Front staff was friendly.

Staff was great, very helpful. Stayed in the two room suite which was perfect for our group. Overall facilities need maintenance. Primary complaint is a water pump constantly cycling on and off in the garage directly below our room. Not all the windows closed and there was a door to an access chute that didn’t lock. Didn’t feel unsafe.

The BEST of this property is the location!! It is in the middle of the besta areas in Playa del Carmen downtown. You can walk a few steps and you will be in the middle of the fun in Playa.
