Terrible service, so disappointed
We’ve stayed at Hilton Vacation Club before and have always loved the spacious rooms and the fun game area for kids. However, this recent stay was a huge disappointment, especially considering the high prices.
Service was terrible. I called housekeeping for extra blankets, and after waiting 20 minutes with no response, I had to call again. We also accidentally broke a glass in the room and called housekeeping to clean it up. After another 20-minute wait, I had to call again. When someone finally arrived, they swept up but left glass pieces behind, making me anxious the entire trip that someone would get hurt.
To make matters worse, someone from the hotel texted me for feedback. I responded honestly, saying the service was bad and that I wanted to discuss my concerns, but no one ever followed up.
This was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately, it has made us reconsider staying here again. Hilton needs to seriously improve its service if they expect guests to return.
