We enjoyed most aspects of our stay. The resort grounds were well-maintained, and the communal areas were pleasant.
However, our one-bedroom suite felt worn down and could use a refresh, including a new coat of paint. While the cleaning staff tidied the room daily, we noticed leftover toothpaste from a previous guest on the bathroom door that was never cleaned (Room 2517).
Our biggest disappointment was the food. The main dining hall was extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation over the noise from other guests and the music. Getting a high chair was also frustrating—we sometimes had to wait over 20 minutes or didn’t receive one at all.
On our final meal, “Oriental Night” (February 6, 2025), my husband was served raw chicken, and another guest in our party experienced severe food poisoning, vomiting for six hours while travelling home.
Unfortunately did not end this trip on a great note…
