The property was fine. However, I was offered early check-out in the app as I completed the pre-check-in process. I declined it, but then changed my mind. When I arrived at the desk, the desk clerk was on the phone correcting a billing issue. Instead of politely greeting me, she pointed to a chair and told me to take a seat and wait. When she completed the call, she did say hello, and when asked if I could have early check-out she said it was not allowed. I did not dispute her statement.
The next day at check-out, I had a similar experience with the same young lady. As I approached the desk to check out, I was greeted by a maintenance lady who was sweeping the floor. The young lady was on the phone again addressing another billing issue. I stood there for a minute as she continued talking, but not acknowledging me. The woman who greeted me prompted her to assist me by stating to her that she had a customer to assist. The young woman hung up the phone, and I gave her the key card. I was attempting to share with her that early check-out was offered in the app, and they may want to change that, but she kept speaking over me. I paused to let her make her statement, and then shared the information with her. While the facilities were fine, the young desk clerk's demeanor was off-putting. I hope she just had two difficult days, and this is not her normal demeanor. However, I visit the area quarterly and generally stay overnight 1-3 nights; I would not stay here again.
