Having one bad review as last comment, made me a bit weary about staying at this hotel, but as the the comments were about things that did`nt matter to me,and the price being right,I took a chance, and `boy am I glad I did! The hotel is beautiful, with a few nice fascilities that I put to good use,as a gym and a hairdresser. Actually, the gym is open only from 2 pm-10pm, which was dissappointing, and costs extra, but otherwise I was pleasantly surprised. I had free use of the internet in the lobby, the rooms were nice and clean with a classic business hotel interior, and a bathtub. The neighbourhood is charming, and I spent half a day walking about, just discovering the local area. Staff was pleasant and helpful and spoke english, which I discovered later, is not the case for all Polish. Everything was satisfactory, including breakfast, unless you are fuzzy about your eggs. As a rule, I avoided eggs during my entire stay in Poland. Though taxi fare and other fees, for what little I payed for, may have been steap, coming from one of the most expensive countries in the world, this was far lower than what I am used to paying for services at home. Even the minibar in my room had reasonable prices, in my opinion, although a Polish person might not think so. All in all I am impressed by the level of service and good will by the staff, the beauty of the hotel interior, and the availability of services in the area. A good 4,5 from me.
