We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was a comfortable spacious room, and lived up to everything promised on the booking. It had free parking, free internet, air-conditioning, and breakfast buffet included. The internet was a bit spotty, but worked well for the most part. The breakfast buffet was far from lavish, but there was a decent variety of items, and the breakfast attendant was very kind.
Our only real complaint would be that the doors to the rooms were on automatic lock, which made them very difficult to close from the outside. This translates to a lot of door slamming in the hallway during the mornings when we were trying to sleep.
For the most part all the employees of the hotel that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms and hotel in general were a bit dated, but relatively well kept up, and everything was clean, which is the most important for us.
Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay at Blu Hotel, and there were just very tiny things that prevent the hotel from getting a rating of 5 in each category.
The location was a bit shabby, but it was close to several main highways, and just a short subway ride from Torino, so we didn't mind.
