Hotel harmony lies in the heart of Old Town Prague - and while not too hard on the eyes - exhibits a no nonsens interior, a bit sterile, but with upkept facilities and a cleanliness that weighs up(all expenses booking late January regarded) I was pleasantly surprised to find a small, separate café in the lobby, though I travelled with a friend staying first floor(right above the café) mentionioning they'd start playing music around 7 in the morning. The reception staff spoke good english, found out you'd have to pay extra for a safe in the lobby with a double-lock system, being one personal key and a universal kept by the receptionist. The placement of the hotel itself is ideally a two-minute stroll from the Palladium(biggest shopping mall) and the Old Town square a shorter walk a few minutes give or take, alongside the main esplanade all above housing countless shops. Besides commercial stores, you'll find most neccessities close to the hotel from pharmacies to the post-office and mini-markets just down the street. Harmony is approximate to most, but shielded from the big tourist streams. Trams passing annually just outside the hotel made most noise at night, but that might be different in-season. Worth a shot for those juggling comfort and expense.
