Reluctantly gave this resort a 1-star rating because the survey wouldn't allow a 0. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had, from Day 1 to Day 6.
**Check-In:** Upon arrival, even though I had fully paid for the room and arrived early, I was informed that my room wasn't ready. While I understood the need to wait, I was disappointed when I couldn’t get my room number to access the Wi-Fi, despite having already paid in full.
**Event Hosting:** My cousin celebrated her 40th birthday here, bringing 24 guests. The food provided was cold and disgusting. Example, Mediterranean restaurant lost our reservation, took 2 hours to bring out our main dishes, then when they came our food was cold and we were served cajun potato wedges as our potato sides…in a Mediterranean restaurant. Although it was Antigua Carnival, the resort was less crowded than usual, so it was surprising that essentials like rum and glasses were in short supply.
**Staff and Service:** While the staff were friendly, they seemed disengaged and often blurred the lines between personal interaction and professionalism. Instead of providing efficient service, they were more interested in socializing and were often bothered when we asked to be serviced. At my cousins birthday dinner, the staff was more focused on partying with us than serving us.
**Housekeeping Issues:** Towels were scarce, and housekeeping frequently ignored our "Do Not Disturb/Clean" signs, entering our rooms un
