we are very disappointed for the service of the Hotel.
First, the internet service is not working. they sent "IT" to fix it but not able. we even called three times and complain to the front desk before someone came.
Second, The comfort room is really disgusting. If you flush the bowl the water from it is leaking, and after a lot of discussion, we get a new room so we feel relax, we went out to eat and when we came back, we are shock because there is an extra bed in the room that looks like for a patient, so we called the reception to removed, we went to the lobby for a coffee because too stressing the hotel, too sad because when we went to the room for a good night sleep, the small bed is still there, so have to go to the reception to ask someone to remove it. Was really a hard day for us bec, we supposed to go to the office but we used our day waiting for someone to help us and calling the reception many times but not answering. The staff are friendly but they don`t really know what they are doing. maybe its the mistake of the manager of the front desk who doesn't know a word rather than SORRY but no action.
Its really sad to write what we experienced bec the hotel have a quite high rating but the problem is that since the day we check in till the day we check out there is always a problem.
I hope that in the future they can do better..
