This property should be rated 5 stars if the building did not get a serious digital lock system failure. I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. In 6 days the digital lock cannot work due to a system problem. Not only for my room, but the whole building. So all guests have to wait for a security guy to open every door manually one by one. The average waiting time is 20 minutes. This is horrible! As long as you leave the room then get back in a minute, you will have to wait at 20 minutes to get the door opened. This makes me feel nervous before leaving the room. So most of time I decide not to go to swimming pool or gym. I asked the host if I can shorten my plan and move to another building or hotel and get refunded for the remaining stays. The host rejected my request. So I have to stay for full 7 days without free entering my room. Another thing is parking. There is no self parking, only valet. It needs to wait in line too. Overall the room was very good, but I am bad luck for experiences the digital lock failure problem. I believe it will be fixed sooner or later. The management and host communication need some improvement. I should be able to ge refunded and move to other hotel.
