The hotel is a bit worn out. But it still got some charm (which I am usually not so focused on, but its fits this hotel well..) and I had a comfortable stay. It has a very convenient location. At first I got a room towards the trafficked street, which for my taste was a bit too noisy, but I was offered a new room towards a more quiet street and noise was no issue during my stay. I could hear some noise from neighbouring room, but it was nothing like paper-thin walls. I did not try the breakfast. Plus: Friendly and helpful staff. Location. Negatives: Not really any major issues after I changed rooms, but I was a bit annoyed about the low shower cabinet which I hit my head in at least once.. To sum it up, a bit worn out but still kept clean and comfortable. I would have no problems choosing this hotel also next time. A tip is to book early on the shuttle if returning to airport from Jerusalem at night. I was a bit lucky that the receptionist managed to secure me a late night spot on the shuttle. Taxi is a quite expensive option.
