NOT 4*, but 2*
The staff at the reception should go to class and learn how to treat costumers.
Food was below average, not enough meat and pastry was dry.
Drinks; the win was not "normal", I believe that they "water-it-out", or the alcohol level is almost 0! A lot off other people was talking about this also.
Staff: most are friendly, especially the guys in the restaurant, and some of the bartenders in the Lobby bar.
Wifi was terrible,only free in the reception area.
Unless the hotel management do some changes with the staff especially at the reception, an upgrade the rooms and have more meet at dinner, this is not a place I'll go back to or recommend to others. If they don't change, they will only get people from Ukraine and Egypt at the hotel in the future.
