"We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the concierge Miles provided excellent customer service, and the maids were friendly and generally did a great job cleaning our room. However, there were several issues that detracted from our stay.
The hotel's management seemed to drop the ball on supplies. The pool was unheated, despite being advertised as heated, and the water was freezing cold. We also struggled to find available towels, which was frustrating since we rely on the hotel to provide them.
The complimentary breakfast was a letdown.
The selection was consistently sparse, even when we arrived early at 7am. We were disappointed to find no bagels, and overall, the offerings were unimpressive. At that point, it might be better to grab breakfast elsewhere, like Waffle House.
We also experienced technical issues with our room keys, which stopped working multiple times a day and required frequent recharging.
Additionally, the hotel had to replace the TV because the original one didn't work.
Overall, these inconveniences led to a disappointing stay, and I'm giving the hotel 1 star. With some improvements to supplies, breakfast, and room amenities, this hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests."
