When we first got there the place wasn't nearly done, and the first room we got didn't even have a glass front on the balcony, so there was nothing stopping you from falling down. We however got a new room. There was also a lot of construction going on in the hotel, and the noise was almost unbearable. We were working from the room, so this got very annoying. At some point a construction worker even jumped on to our balcony from the balcony next door, which is not something you would like if you are not fully dressed.
Even though we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door there were staff coming knocking almost every day to "fix" something in the room, and this also was quite disturbing.
As for the room itself is looks great, as it is completely new. But, there is no duvet cover on the bed, so I imagine that will look horrible in no time. Breakfast is boring, and the scrambled eggs are most likely made from egg powder or something like that.
