Pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool, which also had a lifeguard there in the pool opening hours, something I haven't seen on other hotels. The room was clean and relatively modern, with good aircondition. We were a bit unlucky with the view, basically looking straight into a concrete wall, but we did chose the cheapest type of room, so you get what you pay for I guess.
The area around the hotel is interesting. Is kind of a steep urban area, with lot of stairs and hills, but cozy in its own way, different than the "charter areas" other places around Palma. There is a bus right outside the hotel going to the city centre.
We had a pleasurable and fun stay here.
