The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The room turned out to be a lot more spaceous than what I've previously experienced at APA Hotels, and the room layout was absolutely perfect; I could even lay out my suitcase with room to spare. The hotel was located in walking distance to Akihabara, and there are many metro stations nearby. There were also many good options for dining and grocery shopping nearby, and I really enjoyed myself in this particular part of Tokyo. As many previous guests have pointed out, this hotel only has one elevator, and the staircase is only for emergency use. As a result of this, the elevator can be quite busy during check-in and check-out hours - on some occasions we found ourselves to be waiting 5-10 minutes or even longer, just to get up or down. The cleaning staff was professional, but they too had to use the same elevator, which caused the cleaning process to take much longer than at any other APA Hotel I've stayed at. They also asked me if it was okay to clean my room, in English, even though there was a "No cleanup" sign on my door. All in all, I am generally satisfied with my stay, and would absolutely recommend this area of Tokyo, as well as APA Hotels for your next trip. I still hope they will take the elevator concern into consideration.
