Please stay away!
Worst stay ever! Feels not like a 4-star hotel at all.
When we arrived I had to go in and ask for help with the luggage before the staff helped us.
The smoking floors were so bad. No fresh air.
Luckily we lived on a non-smoke floor. The room was alright - dirty pillows, and it didn't feel fresh.
The staff called us several times during our stay asking to come down to pay the city taxes. We would've paid sooner or later since we had to check out anyway??
And PLEASE!!! Stay away from the massage on the top floor. They might give you a discount, and the receptionist are very kind. But the staff are so unprofessional. Worst massage and scrub, ever. They even had the guts to lock the door, take their clothes off while ask my partner for a happy ending even tho they knew I was in the next room? So nasty and disrespectful. I have no words.
