From the start it was a mess. Arrival didnt go well. Had a late check in. Called Tues to talk with hotel staff to avoid issues. Made sure things were correct ( adjoining rooms 2 beds in each) i talked with an Adrian 2 x and assured me things will be correct in arriving. We get there and have to haul and move our things 3 different times ( 3 different room's) We ended in a adjoing room( finally) but with only 1 bed in each and 1 pull out...so we were 1 bed short. I waa tired and done as it was now after midnight. It was very upsetting when they assured me all will be correct...i had my requests in reservations and then called 2 x to verify besides. Then on hotels.com it showed me that this hotel had a pool and hot tub and it had neither. I think I am gonna stop booking thru this site. I have had a nitemare more than once. You would hope planning ahead things should run smoothly and when they go like this its very upsetting.. i will be looking elsewhere on my next booking.
