Fantastic hotel and an amazing New Orleans experience! The location couldn't be better, steps from the best restaurants, bars, and attractions in the French Quarter. My balcony room with French doors was absolutely beautiful and offered a wonderful view. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, and the bellmen and concierge were always eager to help. The pool was closed during my stay, which was the only downside. Otherwise, I loved everything about this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!
