We didn’t have internet as promised. When we called, we were promised that it was going to be fixed/reset within 30 minutes or they were going to send someone to our unit. 30 minutes past by, I called to let them know but they were rejecting our calls. I called the next day throughout the day, they kept ignoring my calls. When they did answer my call (by accident), they told me they couldn’t talk and to call back in 10 minutes. Then, they kept rejecting my calls (yes they rejected my calls on purpose). Bed sheets had stains, hair, and overall dirty.
