The staff was good, the hotel room was average. Based on the price and location it is not a bad choice to stay there. The room was ok but AC was not working also there was a drainage problem in the bathing area as well.

Central location with clean rooms.

Getting there was easy from the central square which is a public transit station and taxi hub. The only issue we had was we walked past the location because the signage was not too big. The facility is in an older building so it is basic and rather dated but it is clean. The staff do a great job of maintaining it. No elevator either. The location is great. Easy access to transit options, central to restaurants and things to do. The 2 staff which we met were great. Friendly and helpful and someone was always nearby when we would leave or arrive. Overall the hotel was nice. The food stand across the road was excellent as well... Not part of the hotel but a nice option for a evening snack.

Hotelin konumu çok güzel taksim meydanına 10 dk yürüme mesafesi. A foto obviamente não corresponde ao quarto compartilhado. Por ser um valor muito barato entendemos que não é o melhor lugar, mas deveria ser no mínimo mais organizado e melhor. Faltou água por longo período quase todos os dias, ou seja, sem banho. Mesmo sendo barato o lugar deveria ser mais organizado. O recepcionista foi muito gentil, ajudou bastante, muito flexível, deixa tudo limpinho. Mas o hostel em si… nao sei como não cai na nossa cabeça. Ótimo atendimento, péssimo local.
