The last day our room was not serviced when we return at 3:30 pm. I called the front desk and asked for fresh towels, toilet paper, and facial tissues. When we left for dinner at 5:30 we still had not been serviced. I asked the housekeeper in the hall to service our room. When we returned, I saw a towel under the sink an assumed the towels had been serviced. However, the toilet paper and tissues had not. I went out in the hall and asked the housekeeper for toilet paper and facial tissue. The next morning, as we were preparing to leave, we found only one towel under the sink. I would expect this level of service from a Holiday Inn, but it is unacceptable for an Omni Hotel.
