My experience with this hotel was awful. Do to circumstances beyond my control the card I used to reserve the hotel room was shut down. The hotel tried to run the card before I showed up to check in and since it declined they cancelled my room and had no other rooms available. I took a card with me at check in that would work but it was too late. This was 9pm at night and I had travelled 2 1/2 hours to get there and needed to be at the convention center by 7am the next morning. The costumer service was terrible. They didn’t care that they gave my room away. The manger said she had tried to call me. I had no missed call, no emails, and no message from them on hotels.com. When I asked them what number they called they gave me a number I have never had and email I have never had. They even had my first name completely wrong. The information on hotels.com was correct and was not the information the hotel had. I was told of two other lesser quality hotels I could use. I had to pay over $140 more for that hotel. The customer service is so poor at this hotel and the lack of caring that they left me and my kids stranded due to most hotels being full because of several events in the area will mean that I will not only never book there again but I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! Very dissatisfied costumer.
