Very nice hotel, however, customer service was possibly the worst I have ever experienced.
1) My gf and I checked in around 6:30am and intended to stay the day, get some rest, and do some work while on a business trip. Around 9, we were woken up by terribly load construction noise from the floor directly above us. Called the front desk to see if we could be moved somewhere else that was not so noisy. Was told the noise could be heard everywhere in the building and another room was not available. Was impossible to sleep or work, so called again, this time talking to the day shift manager. She said she'd walk around and see what the noise sounded like elsewhere. She called back and said she could hear the noise everywhere, but they finally agreed to move us to a new room. As soon as we got there, it there was no noise to be heard. Took them about three hours to move us to a different room.
2) A couple hours into being in the new room, it was apparent that the A/C was broken. Called the front desk, said engineering would be right up. Took them an hour to arrive. Asked for a different room and was given an upgrade.
3) My gf realized she'd left her makeup bag in one of the rooms. Called the front desk, said they'd look into it. Came downstairs half an hour later and they had not yet checked with housekeeping. Said they'd call us as soon as they found it. As of the time of this review it has been over 7 hours since then and they have not called back or offered compensation.
