We had cockroaches, took photos, told front desk about it, and got no response. See another cockroach the next day, this time I pick it up. Call desk again, just get a sorry. Wife goes down to front desk who is talking to the manager on the phone and puts the living cockroach on the front desk for further proof. So on our depart day we had to recheck all our luggage, pack & play, everything, for bugs, least we bring it to the next hotel and/or home.
They say they can't help because I booked the 3-night stay on a 3rd Party...Hotels.com, really?!? Gave my wife the hotel manager's number and sent up a vacuum.
**The amount of our TIME WASTED on our vacation to my brother's wedding was ridiculous.**
Additionally,
Fridge didn't work upon check-in which was a minor hassle, but with a toddler and pre-k kid, we had to adjust our schedule, milk etc. Also the light in the bathroom was flickering immediately and needed to be replaced, again minor hassle, but we had to deal with it with the kids sleep schedules at night and morning until it could be replaced. Couldn't get replaced until maintenance started his morning shift.
The Breakfast Crew Service and food offerings and coffee/drinks were fantastic.
