O chalé em si é maravilhoso, o lugar ótimo muita paz, o atendimento de funcionários via Whatsapp excelente, sempre muito amáveis. O único ponto a desejar foi que, tudo no chalé é cobrado. Não disponibilizam xampu, sabonete, o kit de sais de banho é cobrado, as lenhas ara lareira são cobradas, até o acendedor de lareira é cobrado. Não disponibilizam também de café da manhã, se quiser tem que pagar também. Mas, fora isso passamos dias incríveis com muita natureza. Falta também um pouco mais de capricho na limpeza externa em volta do chalé, muitas folhas e teias de aranha. Adorei tudo e agradeço ao atendimento excelente das pessoas que nos atenderam desde a entrada até nossa saída.

Agradável estadia em meio a natureza!

O chalé fica no alto de uma montanha, um pouco afastado do centro de Monte Verde, com uma estrada de terra e pedra nao tão simples de chegar. Para entrar no chalé há escadas para descer e isso pode ser um problema para acessibilidade.. O chalé estava tudo ok, o lugar é bem bonito, destaque para agua do chuveiro q é bem quentinha. A comunicação foi otima com a Vitória q esteve solicita o tempo todo.

Recanto de paz integrado à natureza

O lugar é bastante integrado com a natureza e, tem todos os utensilios necessários para uma estadia confortável. Acho que vale a pena comentar que ha escadas é acessivel a cadeirantes ou pessoas com alguma mobilidade reduzida. Atenção tambem nas escadas, porque molhadas podem ser escorregadias. Tudo funcionou muito bem e o cafezinho de cortesia para mim, foi um diferencial.

Foi tudo perfeito, a acomodação é muito aconchegante e quentinha. Tudo o que pedimos foi atendido e até a troca do gás, para aquecimento da água, foi realizado prontamente. Muita natureza no entorno, perfeito para descansar, como eu queria! Fora as visitas dos passarinhos e esquilos na varanda do quarto!!!! A estrada para chegar é um pouco ingrime, porém o carro chegou bem, acredito que fique um pouco mais complicado se chover, mas com o tempo bom é tranquilo!
