I called before making a reservation to make sure that is not a deposit or something needed that I did not have. At the time of check-in I’m told that the girls knew if she’s waiting on her manager before she checks me in. We waited at least 10 minutes if not more and then a lady walks up and she is dressed in a neon orange hoodie and her hair pull up on top of her head. I assume that she is a construction worker or works for the highway department or something but no, she is a manager. She doesn’t introduce herself to me or welcome me or anything she said did you get her ID? I put it back out of my phone that I said she has it would actually look at it again shook down at it and says you’re from Plainview and I said yes and she said that’s only 75 miles away you be considered a local you’re gonna need a major credit card for incidentals. Then she said what are you doing here? Why are you here? Who are you seeing in this town, why would you need to say that if you only live 75 miles away. She said that she wouldn’t explained to me how stay hotels work. From that moment on I was taught down to she was called as sending to me. She was short and snappy with me. She took it with her hands in this hoodie, talking down to me. From the way she treated me the way she was dressed to the way she carried herself. It’s hard for you to believe that that is how Wyndham what’s the represent. I would never want my friends or family at this hotel, or any micro inn and suite
