Avoid…
As a family of 2 (with 2 teenagers) we thought the family apartment was going to be a great idea…
To start, I contacted the apartments 5 days before we arrived as our flight didn’t arrive til 8:30pm. No responses. On the morning of our arrival we called and spoke to someone, sent check in info via WhatsApp. Had to pay extra €50 for late check in. On arrival had a message to say we hadn’t told them when we were checking in. (Even though had a WhatsApp convo that day!) and was told that as we were a last minute booking (we weren’t, booked months ago!) then we may have to wait as they had other people to check in!!! Once checked in (man was lovely) the apartment was in the basement, very tight entrance and the bathroom was a glass box in the middle!! No privacy at all- not ideal with 2 teenagers! Anyway, tried to shower and within 30 secs the whole bathroom was flooded. Back doors also didn’t lock. Contacted 24hr line…no answer. WhatsApp …no answer. Finally got someone after about an hour of trying, said would send someone. Didn’t. Apparently had no record of our call. Finally moved us to a new apartment (we could finally shower) only enough hot water for 2 of us, 2 had to have cold showers and the bathroom leaked in to the bedroom and living room. No one seemed to care. The apartments felt unfinished and lots of problems. Would absolutely not recommend or stay there again.
