The room pics are totally false advertising!!! Staff was rude and condescending, right after checking I was giving one room key that looks like a mailbox key, I asked if they had an additional key, they say absolutely refused! It’s not hotel policy, parking was inside, however they asked for cars keys to stay at the front desk in case they have to move the car??!!! It’s the rules of the property, then they are not responsible for any lost or stolen item in the car or if a car gets damaged in the property, went to the room and the door wasn’t locked nor it could be locked, door looked like someone vandalized the room has a huge hole in the door the went to the other side covered with paper, door couldn’t be closed or locked, did not feel safe at at all, requested another room because of not feeling safe there 3 women not being able to close door even, tiny bathroom and very old and dirty and dingy, totally not what I was accustomed too with hotels.com thus was a nightmare place!! Checked out and was charged anyway not to mention I had to look for a new hotel, this was insanely unsafe, dangerous and dirty.
