This is my second time staying at this hotel with my family. The receptionists are incredibly helpful and lovely, the rooms are spotless, and the beach and bar staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything is perfect. The only thing I would say is that the waiters in the breakfast room could smile a little more 😊. Other than that, everything is excellent. If you’re staying in Struga, honestly, you won’t find a better place. Believe me!

L'hôtel Drim & Spa n'a de Spa que le nom! La piscine extérieure est sale , jamais nettoyée. La piscine intérieure est censée être ouverte de 9h à 21h mais nous l'avons toujours vue fermée en journée . Il faut réclamer pour son ouverture à l'accueil qui n'accepte son ouverture qu'à partir de 18h/18h30. Petit déjeuner copieux mais franchement mauvais: rien qui ne vaille le détour. Le restaurant de l'hôtel ne sert plus à partir de 18h!! Ménage dans la chambre à peine fait. Quant aux transats sur la plage, ils sont occupés par qui veut, occupants de l'hôtel où non... Bref, l'ensemble donne le sentiment d'un établissement sans aucune gestion et qui se laisse complètement mourrir. Heureusement, l'emplacement incroyable au pied du splendide lac d'Ohrid sauve un peu la mise...
