6/10 Good

Great location, poor service

the tops are the location and the place itself. The hotel looks really nice and relaxing even though the rooms are not soundproof and the curtains are not blackout. the second day we stayed we didn't have hot water from 19 to 00:00 hrs. the staff told us the hotel don't have enough hot water to all the guests at the same time and that they don't have the authorization to give us any discount for this. this 2 nights seemed to me that the place doesn't have a manager around, the staff, that are friendly, looks lost at the same time.

PIOR ESTADIA QUE TIVE NOS ULTIMOS TEMPOS. O QUE DEFINIRIA BEM O HOTEL, SERVIÇOS E CONSERVAÇÃO SERIA A PALAVRA "UMA B.......". SIM, ISSO MESMO, ME SENTI ENGANADO PELOS PREÇOS EM COMPARAÇÃO AO QUE ENTREGOU. LOGO DE CARA FUI TOMAR BANHO E NÃO TINHAM COLOCADO TOALHA. DEIXEI PARA DE TARDE, DAÍ NÃO TINHA AGUA QUENTE. SÒMENTE APOS UNS 10 MIN A AGUA FICOU LEVEMENTE MORNA. PRA PIORAR ONTEM À NOITE FUI AVISAR QUE SAIRIA LOGO CEDINHO, ANTES DO CAFÉ DAS MANHA, E NÃO É QUE NÃO CONFIRMAVAM O PAGAMENTO DE HOTEIS.COM. TIVE QUE MANDAR TODOS OS EMAILS QUE RECEBI PARA ME LIBERAREM. ENFIM, HOTEL DE 5a CATEGORIA.
