The room was clean, and the aircondition worked, but that was the only good things about this hotel. The person that was at the front desk when we arrived was rude. Most of the lights in the room were not working, the tv didn't have any channels, the shower door would not close and water went everywhere. There were holes in the towels. They advertised restaurant and airport shuttle, which is the reason we got this hotel as we had a really early flight. But the restaurant was closed for everything but breakfast and there was no shuttle running. They did have a taxi service desk in the lobby and we ordered a taxi there for 3am, but the taxi never showed up. Thankfully there was a nicer person at the front desk when we were leaving, and he helped us get to the airport on time, and for a much better price than what the taxi service had ordered for us. Worst experience in Mexico, the 15 days we were there. Glad we didn't stay here more than one night.
