Cute boutique hotel in convenient location. The 24/7 free access to water and coffee was a plus and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in Europe.

The hotel is situated in the city center and easily access to the public transportation. The hotel staffs are wonderful and breakfast is fantastic. The only issue is that hotel didn't have hot water and didn't inform us until we mentioned it.

Lovely hotel. Very well situated. Only 5/6 min walk to Le Capitole main square and all shopping. Very nice breakfast with a courtyard to sit outside if you wished. Room with good aircon. Staff very helpful and polite. I was visiting family and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We've been travelling the world for most of our lives and have stayed at many hotels including one with 7 stars. This little, cosy and comfortable gem of a hotel beats them all. Attention to detail, quality, friendliness and sumptuous comfort.

Stayed during the hottest weeks in France and the air condition went well. The strength of the air condition was stronger in the lower level of our room than the upper level. Enjoyed the multi-level room, it was unique and had a charming aesthetic. Comfortable beds. Wifi was strong and worked well. Room was clean. Staff assisted with the private parking situation when the roads were blocked. Breakfast was also great with healthy alternatives.

My experience at the Alfered Hotel was great. The staff were warm, helpful and very attentive. Upon check in they showed me where all the amenities were and even escorted me to my room. The room itself was very clean and had, probably, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel (and I travel a lot). I will note that the room was a bit small, but I was by myself, so the layout/configuration wasn't an issue. I was there during a major heatwave, and the air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was a good value for the money. The hotel was a short 10 min walk from the train station and maybe a 7 min walk to the city center...perfect location. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I were in Toulouse.

6/10 Good

The hotel is recently renovated and the location is very convenient. The big problem is the noise; on Saturday night we could not sleep at all given the noise from the street. The other nights were okay but it is literally impossible to sleep due to the noise from the people, nightclubs on the night when that happens.

The room had all the essentials - tiny but efficient. The staff was super courteous and welcoming!

6/10 Good

The hotel was well appointed but the problem was it was probably the noisiest room I have had in any hotel anywhere in the world that I have stayed it. A group of young people congregated under my window until 5am in the morning. It was horrendous.
