Great accommodation. Only issue is the wifi doesn’t reach the van and signal is a bit of a black spot but other than that. Brilliant.

Upon arrival the caravan was so warn 35 degree temperature inside so needed to open doors and windows maybe it's good idea to leave the window open when there's arrival. Also did manage to arrive by 6pm to check in as we been on day out so we didn't have linen in our rooms which has been explain when I ask about late arrival but maybe leave the linen in the caravan we don't mind making it ourselves. Facilities are good and definitely be back when we go same place. Thank you

Disappointing check-in experience Unfortunately, my experience with this property was very disappointing, particularly the check-in process. Before arrival, I was asked by the property owner to make an additional payment directly to a bank account. I was uncomfortable with this method of payment as it was outside the normal booking process and did not provide the same level of protection or reassurance as paying through the booking platform. I contacted the property to try to clarify the situation, but communication was poor and I did not receive the level of response I expected. This made the arrival and check-in process unnecessarily stressful. The property itself may be suitable for some guests, but the way the additional payment was requested and the lack of clear communication significantly affected my experience. I would recommend that guests carefully clarify any additional payment requests and check that they are consistent with the booking platform's terms before travelling. Overall, I was disappointed with the booking experience and would be reluctant to book this property again.

Accommodation was generally as described although we understand that the swimming pool is only available to guests at extra cost payable to the Park Dean Resort - this was not clear to us from the listing which advertises swimming pool in the headline. In the end, we did not use the swimming pool and went to the beach instead. Guests need to be aware that no bedding sheets or towels are provided so you need to remember to take your own (the host said that you can also hire these from the resort but we did not try this). Caravan generally quite modern and as you would expect from this type of accommodation. It says free WiFi on the listing but we were not given any instructions as to how to access this, so I do not know whether the caravan itself actually has any accessible WiFi for guests . There is WiFi in the resort clubhouse but this obviously does not reach the caravan. In terms of communication and receiving instructions from the host as to how to find the caravan within the resort and gaining access to the caravan on arrival at the resort, we were told we only get these the day before travelling and we had to chase these up on the actual day of our holiday as we had not heard anything causing some concern, but we got them eventually so all ok in the end. Resort location is good - it's a 5 minute walk to Heacham beach and this part of north west Norfolk with its lovely sunsets over the west facing coast is a great part of the country to stay for a relaxing break.
