優點： ​安全性高：出入皆需使用電子磁卡，房內亦提供附鎖置物櫃。 ​貼心備品：提供毛巾與防水袋，使用上相當便利。 ​裝潢設備新：二樓公共空間的飲水機、冰箱、洗衣機等家電非常優質，業主有實力也有品味。 位置便利：位於市中心交通相當方便。 ​待改善與建議： ​”深夜噪音：四樓設有 KTV 設備，午夜 12 點仍有人唱歌。對睡眠品質有要求者需慎重考慮。或能要求11點後停止使用？ ​”無空調控制器：房間溫度無法隨天候（如豔陽天或雨天）自行調整，必須透過 LINE 聯繫線上管家調溫，此次遇到的室友反應說相當不便。 ”指示燈刺眼：膠囊內的電源開關是附帶指示燈的新型開關，關燈全暗時，開關上的小燈剛好就在枕頭旁，反而非常刺眼，最後需拿背包擋住才能入睡。 ​”枕頭類型是低枕：枕芯材質感覺像是羽毛梗，極易塌陷且無支撐度，習慣側睡者脖子酸痛請考慮一下。 ​免費送調酒不是真正免費：需要Google 寫評論才換免費調酒的行銷方式，對於這家本身實力就很優的旅館來說反而拉低好感度。

新的青旅所以環境和設施都非常新，被包房的床很大滿好睡的，但枕頭太塌了。 入住和退房都在旁邊的咖啡廳辦理，服務人員親切，線上小管家回覆的速度也很快。

地點非常好，就在台南市中心，所以要去哪裡都很方便，走路就走得到。房間非常乾淨，床也會很好睡，住了兩個晚上都是一覺到天亮！

這次同行夥伴都一致讚賞，地點佳，設施新，住起來非常舒服，空間寬敞，還有KTV客廳可以一同歡樂，晚上還有每人一杯迎賓飲料，停車在附近海安路地下停車場，提供12小時免費停車，十分方便。下次還想再來。
