no housekeeping service. no desk or microwave in the room. i went to common area in the morning for workspace and someone was sleeping on the floor. I was firs given the key to someone else's room and only found out when i opened the door. canceled my stay and went to another hotel.

This property is a wreck! I made a reservation and when I arrived at the location, I was in for a shock. It looked like it was shuttered and closed down.Shockingly, it was not! This place is not fit for human use!!! It should be shuttered and for Hotels.com to offer it with fake pix and brand it as accessible is unconsciounable. I immediately asked for a refund and got it BUT this property should not make it onto the site!!! It is a dump!!! Photos of the site online are lies. Do not go here.

The rooms looked totally barren. Bed was ok but not great. I ran the shower water for 10 minutes and it went from ice cold luke warm. They wanted a $100 cash deposit when I checked in. I’ve never seen that ever. It was refunded on check out. Location is next to a shut down sports bar

First room were assigned had never been cleaned so were changed to another. That room had no hanging bars anywhere to hang up clothing or towels and drawers were broken on one of the bureaus. The manager is almost never there during the day except after 2pm so almost no one to manage the desk in the morning to check out which is especially necessary for those who paid their deposit cash like we did. I ran into a situation there that was completely out of MY control and wasn't anything serious but due to it the manager refused to give ME and my child a longer stay for 5 extra days so we would have a place to live for the rest of our time here but were left homeless instead with nowhere else to go. There are no stores really closeby because almost all of the shops at the shopping center next to it are gone and vacant. Price is I guess ok for what you get but not necessarily would recommend unless desperate or only staying couple days not week or more as we did.

Went to check in , had to call 3 different numbers on the wall twice , not a single answer . After 20 minutes I recieved a call saying that someone is on their way soon but couldn’t give me an eta . After telling them I can’t wait for a room I paid for with two toddlers in the car late at night , I got scolded because the manager “was helping me out “ after I tried to get checked into an empty hotel for 40 minutes . Parking lot had only 4 vehicles , which is a bad sign in itself . After researching more I’m glad it didn’t work out as the property and management is severely lacking

I booked this "hotel" at 8 pm (there was no "check in by midnight" on the booking), otherwise... I would have purchased the trip insurance. My GPS told me I would arrive around 10:30 pm. There was a car fire on the interstate after that around 9:45 pm. We were stopped for over 90 minutes before being allowed off the interstate. We didn't get to the Hotel until 1 am. We then saw the sign at the "front desk" indicating no checking in after midnight. I called the Hotel's 3 listed phone numbers. I received no response. I called Hotels.com (whom I booked thru), and they put in a refund request to the Hotel. In the week since, the property has not responded to Hotels.com communications. So, I am up the creek without a paddle regarding my $90..... luckily, a local motel had a room, & we got to sleep for the nite at 3 am. Given there were hardly any cars in the parking lot, I assume that my money is more important to this sketchy "Hotel" than making it right & refunding my money. Hotels.com should revoke their relationship with this dishonorable hotel. Zero stars. Make sure u get the trip insurance... as I suspect I am not the 1st person who they've done this to.

No hot water for the shower when I asked for a new room so I could shower I was told "the boiler is on I can get a refund and leave but we are not switching rooms" I ran it for 2hrs never even got warm. I had to wash up in the sink that did have warm water.

This place is just okay and as expected for the rate. It's the bare minimum: a bed, a dresser, a tv, and a mini fridge. One hand towel, one wash cloth, and 2 bath towels. The shower was great! Tons of water pressure and hot water!

Although I was disappointed that the room had a cooktop and not a microwave, only a couple of functioning outlets, and an unplugged mini fridge, the room was very clean and the building was fairly empty and quiet. I would probably stay here again if I had to.

TV didn’t work. No wastebaskets in the unit. Bathroom lights were flickering and needed bulbs replaced. There was no chair to sit on. It was just a bare bones room.
