Our stay at Sky Apartments Vlhka was a mix of positives and negatives. The apartment itself was clean, well-presented, and perfectly located within easy walking distance of the city centre.
However, we felt somewhat unsafe walking to the apartment on our arrival to the apartment due to the number of homeless individuals on the street.
Communication with the staff was quite poor, while the team members were friendly once we finally talked to them or managed to track someone down.
Pros:
Excellent location: Very close to the city centre and easily walkable.
Great rooms: Clean, tidy, and well-presented.
Friendly staff: The team members are very welcoming when you find them.
Return stay: I would choose to stay here again.
Cons:
Poor communication: It is very difficult to get hold of the staff.
Unsafe surroundings: Walking to the apartment felt unsafe during the day due to the high number of homeless people on the street
Despite these challenges, the convenience of the location and the quality of the room were enough that I would choose to stay here again.
