This is by far the most difficult hotel evaluation. Why - because it goes in all directions.
Arrival: got a free pickup - and it just worked! The car was very old, and the driver was more interested in the phone than the traffic. Scary!
Arriving the hotel, I got the worst possible room. After a lot of issues connecting to the net (they gave me wrong password) I found my reservation and showed that I booked a room with view. The question was - do you need 2 beds? No, but I need the view (the only reason to chose this hotel).
The hotel is worn out - but it has the MOST FANTASTIC VIEW- the other hotels surrounding for sure as well - but this one has a straight view to the Spfinx, and you can make fantastic pictures during the Lightshow at night. The noice in the room is also incredible- you hear everything on the road, on the rooftop and from the neighboring rooms watching their television show.
The staff does the best they can - they just never learned. But, tea, water and coffee is served when you want - at no charge.
They try their best - the view is over fantastic- but the hotel should be rebuild. How do you rate that? 5?
